Only the guy who was cleaning the room was so nice other than that everything was terrible ! This room arent value the money I payed they didnt have wifi, I had to wait in the lobby on my towels for hot water while the owner of the place was outside hanging out with her friend instead of helping out. Then after I make her notice I was getting upset she came up to me offering me the suit and that was nice but the whole experience of being there was ruined already. I dont even wanna to go to San Cristobal no more cuz of this experience. Windows was broken so they gave me the suit cuz no one else was staying in that hotel. Now I know why
